The Drei Berge Hotel is a gateway to a timeless experience in Mürren. It is part of a family group that includes other creative ventures such as the Drei Berge Utopia coffee shop in Paris, a clothing brand, an outdoor clothing store, and a publishing company.

The hotel’s leitmotiv is that every guest’s stay is genuine, singular, and full of surprises.


What You’ll Do

* Guest Reception and Check-in/Check-out: Welcome guests upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and assist with any special requests with a personal touch.
* Introduction to the Drei Berge Hotel experience: Present the hotel experience, the brand ecosystem, and the village of Mürren to guests.
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on hotel services, local attractions, and transport options.
* Booking Management: Manage reservations via phone, email, or booking systems with accurate and timely record-keeping.
* Concierge Duties: Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transport arrangements, and local recommendations to enhance their stay.
* Billing and Payments: Handle guest payments, issue invoices, and manage the daily cash register with attention to detail.
* Team Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
* Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.


Requirements

* Proven experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or in a similar role in hospitality
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
* Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
* Familiarity with hotel booking software and basic computer skills
* Flexibility and polyvalence to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, and willingness to help in different roles (e.g., assisting in the restaurant, supporting housekeeping)
