P We are looking for a strongE-commerce Merchandising Specialist /strong to join the strongE-commerce team /strong, with the goal of supporting the management and optimization of the online assortment, contributing to commercial performance and delivering an excellent user experience across the digital channel. /p p The role will work closely with the strongMerchandising, CRM, and Marketing teams /strong, ensuring a consistent and elevated online product presentation in line with the brand’s luxury positioning. /p p strongKey Responsibilities /strong /p ul no-style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc" li Manage and update the strongonline assortment /strong on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product catalog, categories, and attributes /li li Support strongonline visual merchandising /strong activities, including product placement across listing pages, landing pages, and site navigation /li li Monitor commercial performance through key KPIs such as strongconversion rate, AOV, sell-through, stock coverage, and category/product performance /strong /li li Analyze sales data and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimizing assortment and customer journey /li li Collaborate with strongMerchandising, CRM, Marketing, and Content teams /strong to ensure alignment on launches, collection highlights, seasonality, and product storytelling /li li Ensure the quality of online product content (images, descriptions, attributes, cross-selling / up-selling) /li li Prepare regular reports on e-commerce merchandising performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations /li /ul p strongRequirements /strong /p ul no-style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc" li strong3–5 years of experience /strong in e-commerce merchandising, digital merchandising, or related roles, preferably within strongfashion / luxury / premium /strong environments /li li Strong understanding of key e-commerce KPIs and performance metrics /li li Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or product catalog management tools /li li Advanced knowledge of strongExcel /strong and experience with reporting and analytics tools /li li Strong aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail, aligned with luxury standards /li li Analytical mindset, precision, and ability to work cross-functionally /li li Good command of English /li /ul ul no-style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc" li Knowledge of tools such as strongGoogle Analytics, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, or similar /strong /li /ul
