Responsibilities
1. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
2. Prepare and support production campaigns
3. Process change requests and deviations under GMP
4. Support customer audits and authority inspections
5. Calculate and monitor QC costs for assigned projects
6. Coordinate, prioritize and schedule tasks independently
Profile
7. PhD, MSc or equivalent experience in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
8. Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnological GMP environment and in Quality Control is beneficial
9. Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse collaborators
10. Strong organizational and project management skills
11. Proficient use of MS Office; knowledge of Documentum, LIMS or TrackWise is an advantage
12. Proficiency in English; basic German skills (B1) and motivation to improve quickly
