Program Overview
NeStep is a unique 12‑month immersive experience at Nestlé in Switzerland for fresh graduates who want to learn fast, grow with purpose and make an impact. From day one, you spend at least half of your time owning one meaningful project, combined with structured learning and continuous mentoring.

How you’ll make an impact
- Driving global research projects by coordinating studies, tracking progress, and aligning stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
- Partnering with internal teams and digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, ...) to strengthen understanding of media effectiveness across key channels
- Delivering impactful insights by synthesizing findings into clear, engaging reports and presentations for global audiences
- Supporting data‑driven decision making by contributing to marketing analytics initiatives and research deliverables
- Building strong collaboration across diverse stakeholders while ensuring smooth project execution in a fast‑paced environment
What Makes You Successful
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Economical Statistics (or related fields)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure, synthesize, and communicate insights clearly
- Proactive and organized, with ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Genuine curiosity for marketing, media, and data, combined with drive to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment
- Curiosity, empathy, and ambition
- Fluent in English
Eligibility Criteria
- Recent graduate from a Swiss higher education institution (bachelor's or master's degree completed within last 12 months)
- Swiss nationals, EU/EFTA nationals, or C permit holders only
