Key Responsibilities:
* Foresight & Innovation Leadership
o Develop and implement strategic foresight processes (e.g., scenario planning, technology scouting)
o Lead the development of innovation strategies and incubation programs
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through innovation
* Innovation Incubator & Accelerator Management
o Design and manage global innovation incubators and accelerators
o Identify and evaluate innovative start-ups and technologies
o Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation pipeline growth
* Portfolio Governance & Management
o Oversee the evaluation, prioritization, and governance of Horizon 3 portfolio projects
o Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), project progress, and portfolio impact
o Lead complex project teams and ensure effective collaboration across functions
* Innovation Enablement & Change Management
o Develop and implement repeatable innovation methodologies and processes
o Facilitate ideation, opportunity evaluation, and proof-of-concept projects
* Leadership & Development
o Provide strategic guidance and coaching to team members
o Develop and mentor others in innovation practices and methodologies
o Build and sustain networks with external partners, universities, and innovation hubs

You will have:
* A Master's degree in science, engineering, or business
* 12+ years of relevant experience in innovation, strategy, or start-up ecosystems
* Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology scouting, and/or incubator/accelerator management
* Exceptional business acumen, analytical skills, and communication abilities
Additional Requirements:
* Competent command of English
* Additional languages a plus
* Proficiency in office and project management software
