Project Lead (%)
In planning and realization of small and middle-sized investment projects with direct impact on current production and / or business results.
In process engineering calculations and plant optimizations
In feasibility studies of new plants and / or rebuilds of existing plants including cost estimation, scheduling and functionality
In the planning, realization and support of production adjustments and product launches
Concept Development (%)
Elaboration of possible technical solutions with evaluation of advantages and disadvantages
Team Coordination / resource management (%)
Procurement and organization of the necessary resources (internal or external) for the professional and timely execution of a project
Optimization of the processes and transfer of know-how (%)
Optimization of process flows and solution implementation
Your background :
Technical Diploma, BSc or MSc in engineering or process technology
Excellent communication skills, highly independent and structured
Advanced written and spoken English and German
