As a
Congress & Experiential Manager
, you'll lead the planning and delivery of international congress experiences that inspire and engage. From concept to execution, you'll ensure every detail reflects quality, innovation, and consistency. Working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, you'll bring strategy to life—combining science, storytelling, and design to create experiences that stand out on the global stage.
What You'll Do
* Coordinate and implement creative congress experiences across assigned brands and initiatives.
* Manage timelines, budgets, and workflows for seamless delivery.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution.
* Uphold creative standards and compliance requirements.
* Drive innovation by staying ahead of experiential, digital, and sustainability trends.
* Benchmark against best practices to elevate the overall experience.
* Foster collaboration and a "One Team" mindset across all stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
* 5–8 years' experience in agency, experiential, or exhibition project management (pharma or healthcare experience a plus).
* Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
* Strong understanding of creative workflows and event production.
* Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
* Highly organised with a passion for creative excellence.
* Knowledge of compliance in regulated industries is advantageous.
* Curious, collaborative, and motivated to transform how science is experienced.
