Are you ready to make a difference?TasksThe role of Account Manager is a clever mix of action and reflection. You are constantly wearing two hats: that of the Hunter, the engine of our expansion, and that of the Advisor, a trusted partner to business leaders. Your talent? Knowing how to open doors where others see obstacles, then adapting our expertise to the realities of the market and available talent to create a tailored solution. Specifically, you manage your activity around 4 axes:- Prospecting and portfolio development: This is the heart of your mission. You build and manage your own portfolio of clients from A to Z. Cold calling is your daily lever to convince and obtain appointments with business managers.- Needs analysis and negotiation: You meet with directors and managers to analyze their needs. You establish the profiles of candidates sought and conduct tariff negotiations. Your goal is to convince your contacts of the value of our support to build long-term partnerships.- Market expertise and internal synergy: With your knowledge of the field, you bring an informed perspective to your clients. Once the need is identified, you work closely with our recruiters.- Rigor and performance: You are responsible for your performance. To ensure constant results, you apply our working methods with precision, from the first contact to the conclusion of the agreement (closing).We are looking for a temperament, not a CVRegardless of your studies or your professional background, we are looking for the following character traits:- Sense of conviction: You do not hesitate to give your opinion, even to an authority figure.
