In this strategic leadership role, you will shape the candidate-facing message that defines the MED-EL brand across the country, partnering closely with Regional Directors and Sales leadership to drive performance, develop talent, and bring our mission to life in every market. If you are a seasoned healthcare sales leader with a passion for consumer engagement and a track record of building high-performing teams, we want to hear from you. /ph3Primary Responsibilities /h3ulliCollaborate on the creation and delivery of a cohesive, consistent, differentiated MED-EL US candidate-facing message to be delivered across the US by the Consumer Engagement team. /liliPartner with Regional Directors to provide leadership to the Engagement team and supervise Consumer Engagement Area Managers. /liliServe as a model for professional behavior, developing business strategies that align with the MED-EL mission. /liliParticipate in sales training and model high-impact sales leadership behaviors for and with the regional and national teams. /liliDevelop plans to integrate and support new product lines and support the adaptation of new systems, tools and goals with the regional and national field teams utilizing consumer engagement resources and programs. /liliAssume lead for training and reinforcement of sales tools and strategies for engagement team. /liliPartner with Sales and Education leaders in implementation of sales process and selling skills. /liliCollaborate and reinforce with sales leadership the overall strategic and business plan for Engagement. /liliMaintain and advance performance metrics to identify and focus on the activities that matter most. /liliParticipate in product launches for Consumer Engagement team. /liliIdentify areas to enhance staff confidence in the corporate mission. /liliDevelop and manage budget for the Engagement Program. /liliSupervise Consumer Engagement Area Managers and other positions within the consumer team. /liliCreate sales goals with Regional Directors and mentor key concepts for success. /liliOversee committees and work groups for project management. /liliServe on project teams when requested. /liliDevelop a short- and long-term growth plan for consumer team. /liliParticipate in US and international meetings when opportunity and value present itself. /liliAttend leadership training and management courses through MED-EL. /liliProvide insight into guidance to counterparts on relationship building. /li /ulh3Position Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in an area related to marketing or hearing health. /lili8–10 years in Healthcare Industry – sales, marketing, customer engagement leadership experience. /lili3–5 years leading a Consumer Team in Healthcare Industry (Experience in Hearing Health a plus). /liliPossess strong written and oral communications skills. /liliIT (computer, internet, phone, etc.) literacy including Outlook. /liliAbility to influence others while maintaining tact, diplomacy, and mutual respect. /liliPositive team attitude, assisting and supporting other MED-EL team members by not only identifying problems but by contributing to their solution. /liliAbility to interact courteously and professionally with customers or the public at large while representing MED-EL Corporation. /liliLocated near a major US airport. /liliTravel expectations of 50% - including some weekend travel. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pWe know that benefits are important to you, and we offer a robust benefits package including: /pulliMedical, dental, and vision coverage available, effective on the first day of the month following 30 days of active service. /lili401k Match /liliHealth Savings Account /liliShort term and long-term disability paid by the company. /liliCompany paid life insurance with an option to purchase additional coverage. /liliFSA Dependent Care. /liliPet Insurance. /liliCritical Illness. /liliAccident Insurance. /liliPTO – 20 days annual that is accrued each pay period.
