We are scaling rapidly, and we need a Marketing Operations Manager who can keep up with the pace. We believe marketing should be structured, data-driven, and impactful. The Mission
As a key member of the Marketing team, you will bridge the gap between brand strategy, operations, and technical execution. You will be instrumental in organizing the production line that powers our visibility and client acquisition. You won’t just manage a to-do list; you will own the operational ecosystem—ensuring our podcasts, agencies, and acquisition channels perform flawlessly.
You will join us in one of our offices in Geneva or Zurich.
Fluency in English, German, and French is mandatory for this role, as well as a willingness to travel regularly to our branches across Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Orchestration: You will own the master publication calendar and ensure a consistent drumbeat of content across all channels. You ensure that deadlines are met and that the marketing machine never stops running.
* Partner Management: You will be the primary lead for our external partners. You will manage our PR agency to ensure coverage targets are met and coordinate our network of freelancers/agencies to deliver high-quality assets on time.
* Growth & Technical Marketing: You will oversee our technical acquisition channels. You will manage the strategy and execution for SEA, SEO, and lead our future-proofing initiatives in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
* Content Operations: You will handle the end-to-end production logistics of our podcast (guest scheduling, recording management) and ensure our quarterly market surveys are executed, analyzed, and ready for publication on schedule.
* Market Intelligence: You will monitor the performance of our campaigns and the competitive landscape, transforming raw data into actionable insights to improve our brand strength.
Your Profile
* Autonomous Challenger: This is the most important point. You are not a junior executor waiting for instructions. You operate independently and have the confidence to challenge internal teams and agencies "solo" to ensure high standards. You drive projects; you don't just facilitate them.
* Experience: Proven experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing. You are used to managing complex timelines and external vendors.
* Organizer: You are methodical and rigorous. You love untangling complex knots, setting up workflows, and ensuring multiple projects move forward simultaneously without losing focus.
* Tech-Savvy: You have a strong appetite for digital subjects. You understand the mechanics of Search (SEO/SEA/GEO) and are comfortable with analytics tools.
* Quality Control: While you don't need to be a copywriter, you have a sharp eye for detail and ensure that everything we ship meets our high brand standards.
* Languages: You are fluent in English, French, and German. Mastery of all three is mandatory for this role as you will be managing projects across the entire Swiss market.
