Digital transformation strategist

As a Digital Ecosystem Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and maintenance of our digital channel business. This includes overseeing partnerships with various industry stakeholders, driving sales of digital services, and implementing commercial frameworks that meet their needs.

This position requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You will work closely with technology teams to establish technical interfaces and close operational gaps between user needs and backend systems.

We are looking for an individual who is customer-centric, able to influence without authority, and has a good understanding of subscription and pay-per-use selling and invoicing methods in a global B2B environment.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Digital Business Management & Sales Support – Oversee digital business partnerships, drive sales of digital services, and implement commercial frameworks for various industry stakeholders (OEMs, ABB units).
* Strategic Development & Implementation – Lead digital offering projects, define customer journeys, and ensure the integration of digital services into sales tools and market strategies.
* Technical & Commercial Execution – Establish technical interfaces (machine-to-machine, web-shop UI), close operational gaps between user needs and backend systems, and collaborate with technology teams.
* Performance Tracking & Marketing Support – Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor digital service sales, and assist in creating marketing materials that highlight partner value.

Requirements:

* 7-10 years overall work experience with 3+ years of experience in developing Digital Channel Business or Remote Monitoring Solutions in B2B Environments.
* General knowledge of the applications and use cases for large electrical machines.
* University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
* General understanding of subscription and pay-per-use selling and invoicing methods in a global B2B environment.
* Understanding of legal aspects for global digital offering sales.
* Basic knowledge of development and deployment options for analytics.
* Good computer skills with UI design tools and methods (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD) and MS Office tools.
* Customer-centric mindset, ability to influence without authority, and work in a multicultural environment.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Creative, energetic, self-motivated, flexible team player with an ability to work independently.
* Fluent English language skills, Chinese is a plus.
