Your Role:
We’re looking for a full-time Lead Scientist - Electrochemical Biosensors to lead our R&D efforts in electrochemical applications for diagnostics.
You will:
* Design, execute, and analyze experiments for aptamer-based electrochemical diagnostics.
* Develop innovative sensor technologies for real-time hormone monitoring.
* Lead projects from concept through validation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrochemical platforms into our diagnostic products.
* Prepare and contribute to grant applications to secure funding for research and development.
* Contribute to publications, patents, and regulatory documentation.
Your Profile:
* Strong background in Electrochemistry and Aptamer/Oligonucleotide diagnostics.
* PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, or related field.
* Proven R&D experience, ideally in diagnostics or healthcare applications.
* Ability to live and work in Switzerland
* Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
* Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-moving, resourceful environment.
* Comfortable questioning the status quo and going the extra mile to innovate.
* Comfortable working independently and remotely.
* Startup experience is a plus.
* Passion for improving women’s health.
