Business Development Director APAC:
Medacta International SA is currently seeking a candidate to fill the role of Business Development Director for the APAC region, with the purpose of shape and drive Medacta's strategic business growth across the APAC region. Lead partner ecosystems, drive market expansion, and spearhead growth strategies.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
define and implement APAC growth strategy;
develop and drive impactful partnerships, from onboarding to GTM execution;
build and manage commercial pipelines and forecasts.
The resource should also have the following skills:
Hard Skills
bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or related discipline;
8–15 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, in the Asia Pacific region;
proven track record in pipeline generation, forecasting, and deal closures;
fluent in English; additional APAC-relevant languages are a strong advantage.
Soft Skills
exceptional negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural engagement skills.
