We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Legal Officer to join our team in the Legal Department.

In this position, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide legal advice on projects, including innovative banking services and the implementation of novel technologies.
* Advise internal stakeholders on the legal aspects of the Bank's projects;
* Review, negotiate, and draft contracts and/or other documentation with a focus on Yuh offering, crypto-assets, and foreign exchange (FX) & contracts for difference (CFD);
* Tackle litigation matters and complaints;
* Conduct research on banking and financial law and monitor regulatory changes;
* Develop, implement, and review internal policies and procedures.
Key Qualifications
* A Master's degree in Swiss Law is essential;
* Relevant experience, such as working as a jurist/lawyer in the Banking industry, a Big 4, or a law firm focused on commercial law, is desirable;
* Excellent knowledge of French and English is required; German is a strong asset;
* Skills:
o Aptitude for innovation and banking and finance law;
o Strong written and communication skills;
o Ability to collaborate effectively while maintaining autonomy.
