Precious metals Supply chain mapping & risk assessment 
 1. Implement the OECD’s five-step framework for risk-based due diligence in precious metals supply chain, focus critical on gold
 2. Build and maintain the supply chain database including all suppliers and raw materials due diligence related information
 3. Complete due diligence and analyse risk for refining partners and stakeholders
 4. Collaborate and share expertise with the Environment Responsible Sourcing team to enhance emission factors data
Stakeholders’ management 
 5. Support Varinor in evaluating and selecting new gold sourcing sources
 6. Conduct tailored audits at all tier levels within gold supply chain
 7. Monitor stakeholders performance against ESG metrics and metals KPIs on a regular basis
Compliance & Certification Management 
 8. Define and monitor ad hoc due diligence exercise and ensure compliance with topic-related Swiss and transnational sustainability regulations as a priority
 9. Work in collaboration with the RJC and Training Project Manager in implementing RJC certifications and guidelines across precious metals supply chain
 10. Conduct internal audits and gap analyses against industry standards when required 
Animate the supply chain communities
 11. Support the Head of Precious Materials in the preparation in the Gold Committee, and escalation if required
 12. Organize periodic meetings with Varinor, Maisons, MCC and other relevant stakeholders to update strategies and communicate about risks evolution, audit results, and ongoing actions
 13. Prepare meetings minutes and provide supports to presentations
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Experience and motivation are key:
 14. 7-10 years experience with proven project management and analytical skills
 15. Curiosity, rigor, anticipation and reliability
 16. Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in a cross-functional setting
 17. Excellent oral and written communication skills
 18. Good knowledge of the Group and the Maisons or the gold industry is a plus
 19. Fluency in French and English
 20. Readiness to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally at international level
