The opportunity
Our Swiss Financial Services Marketing team delivers best-in-class creations that intrinsically align with the EY brand and business objectives. As an experienced Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to help shape marketing campaigns and set their visual direction.
Your key responsibilities
o Design branding materials such as brochures, flyers, illustrations, infographics, on-screen presentations, and events
o Creation and design of our online marketing ads as well as video creation and editing
o Adhere to EY brand guidelines i.e. meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency
o Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects at the same time
o Communicate effectively with customers while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas
o Adhere to style guidelines and enable a consistent brand voice, while bringing forward new and innovative ideas
o Demonstrate excellent project management skills, including planning, stakeholder management and engagement
Skills and attribute for success
o Degree as a polygrapher or graphic designer
o Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign
o 3-5 years of relevant experience
o Experience in the implementation of corporate designs
o You have an organized working style as well as strong communication skills, creativity, flexibility, and diligence
o We expect you to have a very good command of written and spoken German and English due to the nature of your work and our international corporate structure
o Ability to interact effectively and positively in a fast-paced environment
