You will act as a strategic link between Sales, Clinical, Marketing and external partners, creating sustainable business models beyond the traditional hospital environment (e.g. nursing organizations, homecare providers, and office-based settings). /p h3Strategic Business Development /h3 ul liDevelop and implement a national OOH business development strategy for NPWT in Switzerland /li liIdentify, assess and prioritize new business opportunities, care pathways and partnerships within the OOH segment /li liBuild scalable business models to drive sustainable market and revenue growth outside the hospital setting /li /ul h3Market, Stakeholder Network Management /h3 ul liAnalyze the Swiss Out of Hospital (OOH) market, including wound care nurses, nursing organizations, homecare providers, social service organizations and social insurance institutions (e.g. health insurance companies) /li liEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance representatives, KOLs, healthcare professionals and decision-makers /li liActively build and manage an OOH wound care community to promote therapy adoption, education and knowledge exchange /li /ul h3Therapy Concept Development /h3 ul liPromote clinically and economically appropriate use of NPWT in home and outpatient settings /li liCollaborate closely with Clinical and Sales teams to develop evidence‑based value propositions and training concepts /li liSupport product launches, pilot projects and therapy implementations within the OOH environment /li /ul h3Cross‑functional Collaboration Project Management /h3 ul liWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Specialists and leadership teams /li liContribute to national and international projects to further develop the OOH strategy /li liEnsure structured documentation, reporting and performance tracking of business development activities /li /ul h3Company Vehicle /h3 pThis position requires driving a company vehicle, and pre‑employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history will be required for hired candidates. /p h3Your Skills and Expertise /h3 ul liDegree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Medical Technology, Nursing Sciences or a comparable discipline /li liProfound experience in business development, sales or key account management within the healthcare sector /li liStrong knowledge of wound treatment or related clinical/scientific experience is a clear advantage /li liFluent German and English skills; French language skills are a plus /li liConfident use of CRM systems and analytical tools /li liStrategic, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills /li liHigh level of initiative, structured working style and project management capability /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills across clinical, commercial and strategic stakeholders /li liAbility to translate complex healthcare environments into actionable business concepts /li liStrong hunter mindset: focused on new business acquisition and direct prospecting /li liWillingness to travel within Switzerland /li /ul h3Work Location /h3 pRemote within Switzerland. /p h3Travel /h3 pUp to 80% domestic. /p h3Legal Authorization /h3 pMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status. /p h3Supporting Your Well‑Being /h3 pSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – physically and financially.
