In this role, you will take ownership of high-impact paid media campaigns across major advertising platforms, driving measurable growth and optimizing performance at scale. Accountabilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, ensuring strong ROI and performance outcomes
Manage multi‑channel campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Discover, etc.) while identifying growth opportunities through in‑depth keyword, audience, and competitor research
Develop and test ad creatives, messaging, and landing page strategies using AI tools and data insights
Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and daily performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to drive continuous improvement
Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Ensure all campaigns comply with platform advertising policies, particularly within sensitive or regulated industries
Conduct A/B testing and deliver performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations
Collaborate with creative and technical teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and user experience
Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Hands‑on experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Familiarity with multi‑channel advertising strategies, including Search, Display, and video campaigns
Experience running A/B tests and optimizing creatives, copy, and landing pages
Understanding of advertising compliance requirements, particularly in regulated or sensitive niches
Proficiency in using AI tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency and performance
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
