You will join a growing department of motivated intrapreneurs willing to push excellence in their fields.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Monitor Customs Regulations & Free Trade Agreements, analyse the requirements, assess the related risks and business impacts, and follow escalation processes.
* Prepare and animate dedicated trainings for large classes in the field of Customs’ operations excellence and usage of Free Trade Agreements.
* Work with dedicated Project Managers to deploy large‑scale projects in the fields of Customs’ operations excellence and Free Trade Agreements management.
* Redact or help redact top‑management level memos and other types of publications such as guidance, directives, tools, vulgarisation materials, and enterprise social media postings in the field of Trade Compliance.
* Acquire, develop, maintain, and deliver expertise on Trade compliance to support our international Group stakeholders.
* Build a network of external stakeholders (industry associations, consultants, authorities) to help clarify regulatory changes and build compliance solutions for our businesses.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong visual/aesthetic presentation skills; able to deliver effective and engaging presentations.
* Strong analytical skills: able to summarise regulations and key impacts at both high‑level and fine detail, quickly assess and interpret new regulations, understand the bigger picture and translate raw risks into business impacts and solutions.
* Ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics, understand stakeholder perspectives, and effectively articulate ideas and strategies to Group Management.
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance while maintaining a consultative, cooperative team‑playing approach.
* At least 2–3 years of experience providing consultation, training, performing research, and content writing in an international environment in the field of Trade Compliance.
* A recognised Master’s degree in Law, Economics, or a related field (preferably obtained from an EU, Swiss or US university).
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in French (fluent, non‑negotiable) and in English.
* SAP and SAP GTS experience is desirable.
* Experience with Corporate Training Programs is an advantage (e.g., e‑learning, classroom sessions).
