We're looking for a super motivated and customer-focused Presales Consultant who can speak both Spanish and French. You should know your stuff when it comes to Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and have a good understanding of English too to make sure you engage with our providers and our Centers of Excellence. This position is to work for ALSO, a leading company in the IT world.
What You'll Do:
1. Chat with potential resellers to figure out what they need and how we can help.
2. Active participation on recruiting new resellers.
3. Use your tech skills to support the sales team and help close deals.
4. Show off our products with demos and presentations.
5. Work with the sales team to create custom proposals and solutions.
6. Keep up-to-date with our products and services so you can explain them to customers.
7. Help prepare technical documents and proposals.
8. Stay on top of industry trends and tech to give the best advice to clients.
9. Work closely with Spanish and French resellers to ensure their needs are met.
What You Need:
10. Fluent in Spanish and French.
11. Medium level of English.
12. Solid knowledge of IaaS solutions.
13. Great communication and presentation skills.
14. Proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
15. Technical background with presales experience or something similar.
16. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
17. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Nice to Have:
18. Experience > 3 years with cloud platforms like Alibaba or AWS.
19. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
