Deliver Excellence. /b /ppOur client, a well-established and forward-thinking construction company based in Zug, is seeking an experienced Project Manager (m/w/d) to lead and deliver diverse construction projects from A to Z — from initial planning to successful completion. /ppThese projects range from binterior space renovations to small e-mobility infrastructure /bdevelopments (e.g. battery charging stations) with budgets varying from a few thousand Swiss Francs up to CHF 5 million. /ppbYour Role: /b /ppAs a Project Manager (m/w/d), you will have full ownership over your projects, coordinating all phases — planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery — while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction. /ppbYour Responsibilities: /b /pliManage construction projects from concept to completion (e.g. building renovation projects or associated projects) /liliControl budgets, schedules, and resources (up to CHF 5 million) /liliLiaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities /liliEnsure compliance with safety and legal requirements /liliMitigate risks and resolve on-site challenges proactively /lipbWhat You Bring: /b /plibFluency in German is a must /b /liliFluency in French and/or Italian is a significant plus /lilibProven experience in managing construction projects in Switzerland (e.g. renovation, interior design, building constructions, heating systems, e-charging stations or similar) /b /liliStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills /liliValid driving licence /liliDegree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field /liIf you're a driven professional who thrives on responsibility and enjoys leading diverse, high-impact construction projects, we’d love to hear from you!
