The Client Relations Specialist is the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient virtual experience. This role manages inbound communications, document coordination, scheduling, and client support while maintaining organization and accuracy across systems.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring a positive client experience, smooth coordination between teams, and accurate document handling in a fully remote environment.
