Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role in Switzerland., ideally in an international matrix environment. Strong background in employment relations, HR administration and compliance.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
Languages: Fluent in English and French, other languages are an advantage.

1. Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. High flexibility with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
3. Strong problem-solving capabilities and solid knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
4. Practical, critical thinker, able to navigate a matrix organization and manage ambiguity.
5. Autonomous, pro-active, and detail oriented.
6. Strong drive for excellence, delivering high-quality HR service.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
8. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Specific Knowledge required: Proven experience in HR Generalist roles. Familiarity with HRIS systems.
