Job Description
* Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts (service agreements, supplier contracts, key account agreements, financing arrangements).
* Support sales and marketing teams on legal matters and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
* Handle compliance activities including third-party event sponsorship agreements, grant requests, and monitoring (travel, expenses).
* Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to maintain high standards of legal and ethical conduct.
* Geographic scope: primarily Switzerland and Austria, with occasional involvement in Germany.
The Successful Applicant
* Lawyer admitted in Switzerland (essential), with 5-10 years of post-qualification experience.
* Solid background in contract law; compliance knowledge is a strong asset.
* Previous exposure to the healthcare sector (pharmaceuticals or medical technology) is mandatory.
* Languages: French and English required; German highly desirable.
* Ability to operate within a complex organizational structure and handle cross-border legal matters.
