Education: Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college) Degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field or equivalent experience. Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a Leadership position. ""Ideally in Retail and/or E-Commerce field". Track record of coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential. Skilled at empowering teams by delegating responsibilities and encouraging ownership and growth. A forward-thinking leader who challenges the status quo and drives innovative solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences.
