Your tasks & responsibilities
 * Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs
 * Develop and maintain training materials and syllabi for various regulatory and technical topics (EASA, FTS, SMS)
 * Deliver internal training sessions (theoretical, technical, or practical), excluding those requiring external certification.
 * Collaborate with QA staff to coordinate implementation of training activities and follow-up.
 * Organize training sessions based on organizational or compliance requirements.
 * Manage training records and certification documentation.
Requirements
 * Strong background in EASA environments.
 * Knowledgeable in EN 9100/9110 standards.
 * Experience in QA, MRO, and ATO environments.
 * Fluent in FR/EN (written & spoken).
 * Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 * Effective in training delivery and technical presentations.
 * Solid understanding of aviation compliance and regulatory frameworks.
 * Familiar with global aerospace standards.
Qualifications required:
 * B1/B2 EASA License, EASA Part 147 environment, Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Human Factors, EASA Initial & Continuing Airworthiness environments, Train the Trainer Certificate.
