Senior Credit Controller / Support to CRO - Permanent Contract - 100%Main MissionWithin the Risk Department, you will provide direct support to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) regarding credit risk monitoring, the management of special files, and the handling of complex cases. You will ensure the control, analysis, and monitoring of exposures while contributing to the management of the bank's commitments.Main ResponsibilitiesCredit Risk Management- Analyze and monitor credit and/or institutional exposures- Control the compliance of credit files and covenants- Participate in periodic risk portfolio reviews- Identify weak signals and propose corrective action plans- Ensure the monitoring of limits and special files- Contribute to the management and monitoring of special files and sensitive cases- Support the structuring of complex financings- Coordinate exchanges with Front Office, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams- Prepare analyses and reports for credit committeesSupport to the CRO- Produce risk reports and dashboards- Contribute to risk process improvement and transformation projects- Participate in exchanges with regulators and auditors- Provide advisory support to business teams on credit and risk mattersProfile- Higher education such as a Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Risk Management, or equivalent- Minimum 10 years of experience in risk and credit within a bank or financial institution- Solid expertise in credit analysis, risk control, and knowledge of corporate/structured finance- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills- Rigor, autonomy, and sense of confidentiality- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and demanding environments- Proficiency in reporting and financial analysis toolsAppreciated Skills- Knowledge of banking and prudential regulations- Experience in an international environment- Languages: French and EnglishContract: Permanent contract, 100%Swiss residency requiredAvailability: As soon as possible jid762a94eaen jit0520aen jpiy26aen
