* Produce forecasting performance insights (accuracy, bias, stability, drivers) and recurring reporting.
* Build/maintain dashboards and analytics workflows; automate where practical.
* Develop forecasting analytics/models as needed (statistical/ML where appropriate).
* Define and maintain standard metrics, data definitions, and documentation.
* Partner with divisions to deploy, train users, and drive adoption/continuous improvement.
Who We Are Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required.
* Preferred: Master’s (Data Science / Statistics / Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain Analytics) or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years in analytics/forecasting/planning (supply chain preferred).
* Power BI (or Tableau) + advanced Excel.
* Python or R preferred for forecasting analytics/automation.
* Able to work with ERP/planning data via standard extracts, reports, or IT-managed data products (JDE, planning tools, data lake/warehouse views).
* Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.
