Field Sales Territory Manager

Sales Responsibilities:
* Develop market insights by selling SumUp's POS & card readers
* Build a team of freelance sales representatives
* Expand across multiple cities and regions
* Coach and lead team performance
* Promote local expertise and collaboration with HQ
Requirements:
* Proven field sales closer
* Experience recruiting and leading freelance or commission-based sales teams
* Entrepreneurial mindset, resourceful, and driven
* Strong understanding of SME needs and local markets
* Motivated by targets and performance
* Data-driven approach and comfort using sales tools
