Benefits in Visp: https://bit.ly/3wjkoFi What you will do: Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of quality improvement initiatives, particularly those stemming from the site’s risk register and aligned with the Site Quality Plan Managing the portfolio of quality projects in collaboration with QLT and site assets, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact Designing and maintaining an efficient meeting structure within the Quality organization, including ownership of agendas and follow-up for daily, weekly, and strategic meetings (e.g., Quality Council) Acting as a strategic partner to Manufacturing Operations and other site functions, ensuring alignment and integration of quality objectives across the value chain Supporting the QLT in tracking and reporting on key initiatives related to people, finance, and innovation Driving harmonization and standardization of quality practices across different assets and technologies at the site What we are looking for: Academic degree in Life Sciences/ Engineering/ Business Administration or related field Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes a...
