About the Role
We're seeking a
Senior Programme Manager
to lead the delivery of large-scale IT platform integration initiatives across our enterprise. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital future, ensuring seamless coordination between business units, technology teams, and external partners.
You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end programme lifecycles, with a strong focus on
RFP leadership
, vendor selection, and governance. Your ability to navigate complexity, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver results will be critical to success.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead multi-million-pound IT platform integration programmes from initiation to delivery.
* Own and drive the RFP process, including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.
* Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, budgets, and risk registers.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
* Manage external vendors and partners to ensure performance and compliance.
* Report progress to executive leadership and steer programme governance forums.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a
Senior Programme Manager
in large-scale IT transformation projects.
* Strong track record of leading
RFP processes
and managing vendor relationships.
* Deep understanding of enterprise IT platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud-based solutions).
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Agile and Waterfall delivery experience.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, MSP, SAFe) are a plus.
