Our client, an esteemed international company headquartered in Geneva, is seeking an experienced OTC & Finance Transformation Consultant to support the optimization and modernization of their global operations. Job Responsibilities
As the OTC & Finance Transformation Consultant, you will:
Process Evaluation:
Analyze existing OTC (Order-to-Cash) and finance processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and improvement opportunities across global operations.
Propose Optimized Solutions:
Design end-to-end optimized OTC processes and propose functional ERP solutions across contracts, quotes, orders, billing, and collections, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities to streamline operations and maximize business value.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner across key departments (Global Process Owners, Finance, Business Lines, Information & Data teams) to gain alignment and buy-in for any process changes.
Adherence to Standards:
Ensure standard ERP processes align with the organization's transformation goals, focusing on automated data integration, intelligent receivables automation, AR self-service, and contract management.
Document New Processes:
Prepare clear and thorough documentation of future-state processes to support successful system implementation, team training, and long-term adoption.
Implementation Oversight:
Oversee seamless implementation efforts, ensuring smooth integration across impacted systems.
Training & Change Management:
Lead the transformation journey by delivering impactful training, coaching teams, and facilitating change management to drive user adoption.
Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with business to secure immediate process enhancements and prepare for the larger transformation program. Propose opportunities for ongoing improvement.
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
Extensive Experience:
8+ years of experience delivering ERP-enabled OTC transformations.
ERP Proficiency:
Strong expertise in ERP platforms and process-modeling tools.
Analytical Mindset:
Skilled in identifying inefficiencies and control gaps, and developing scalable, effective solutions.
Change Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to secure stakeholder buy-in and lead transformation initiatives.
Communication Excellence:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting clear documentation, delivering training, and leading workshops.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English is a must
