Senior Analyst Investment Reports Private Markets
Aufgaben
Monitoring the performance of the private fund portfolio and ensuring high-quality investment reports for investors / Further developing reports and continuously integrating new products, processes, and regulations / Ensuring that the net asset value is reviewed, cash flow processes are controlled, financial obligations are met, liquidity requirements and the quality of reporting processes are complied with, and smooth cooperation with external suppliers is guaranteed at all times / Acting as a contact person for current processes and interfaces with the accounting, investment controlling, legal and compliance, risk management, and audit / Ongoing review, adjustment, and optimization of existing reports / Coordination of external auditors and third-party administrators and ensuring smooth cooperation / Support of the investment controlling team, if necessary / Management of projects related to the effectiveness and efficiency of investment reporting processes / Ad hoc projects.
Qualifikation
Master's or Bachelor's in business administration with a focus on banking and finance or accounting / CPA, CA, or ACCA certification is an advantage / Professional experience at one of the Big Four accounting firms or in the fund industry with private funds / In-depth knowledge of accounting and controlling for private funds / Good understanding of processes and interrelationships / Analytical personality with a methodical approach / Initiative, accuracy, and organizational skills, always ready to take on challenges / Ability to multitask and work under pressure / Team player, flexible, resilient, determined, and committed / Enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment / Very good communication skills / Affinity for IT, IT processes, and IT systems / Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and databases / German and English.
