Responsible for the market-oriented development, positioning, and successful launch of our diagnostic portfolio. You manage the entire product lifecycle, develop go-to-market strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction.
In this role, you work as the link between medical innovation and successful market positioning.
You ensure that new products and services are precisely aligned with customer needs, developed on a solid medical basis, and implemented in a practical way that delivers real value to the market.
Your Background & Expertise
Specialist in laboratory medicine (FAMH), academic background in natural sciences (from Bachelor′s level), or experienced biomedical analyst (BMA HF)
Additional training in marketing, product management, or as a product specialist is an advantage.
Well-founded knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and laboratory medicine services.
Proficient in either German or French (at least C1) and fluent in English (at least B2); Italian is an asset.
Strong social skills combined with a structured, well-organized working style and clear communication abilities.
High customer orientation and the ability to align medical and business-related requirements.
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration – especially in exchange with colleagues and clients.
