Neurosoft Bioelectronics is a high-growth neurotechnology startup developing next-generation brain-computer interfaces to treat neurological conditions. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Operations Assistant to join our fast-paced team. This is an ideal role for a young professional who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working closely with leadership to keep a mission-driven company running smoothly.
Tasks
As a core member of the operations team, you will handle a diverse range of tasks:
* Accounting & Expense Coordination: Track company expenses and manage invoices/receipts
* Office & Logistics Management: Manage day-to-day office operations, inventory, and supplies. Coordinate business travel and logistics for international conferences.
* HR & Administrative Support: Assist with candidate interview scheduling, employee onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining administrative records.
* Team Culture & Events: Organize internal events, retreats, and celebrations to foster our collaborative culture.
* Executive & Digital Support: Provide light scheduling support for the leadership team and assist with publishing content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram).
* Mail & Shipping: Handle incoming/outgoing deliveries and coordinate professional shipping services (FedEx, DHL).
Requirements
* Education: CFC in Commerce or equivalent training; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Languages: Fluency in both French and English (written and oral) is required.
* Digital Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive "can-do" mindset.
* Nice to Have: Basic accounting experience, event planning skills, and a valid driver’s license.
