Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Cluster Sales Manager to join our team at Kempinski Palace Engelberg, in the picturesque alpine setting of Engelberg. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and managing relationships with key clients across multiple properties. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams. The role also involves attending industry events, preparing reports, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
* Proven proficiency in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
* Strong skills in Negotiation, Problem Solving, and Decision Making
* Understanding of Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Financial Acumen
* Knowledge of the hospitality or luxury travel industry preferred
* Outstanding Communication, Collaboration, and Interpersonal abilities
* Proficient in tools such as CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis systems
* Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced luxury environment
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
* Fluency in English and German required, additional language skills are a plus
