Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure that daily operations run smoothly and comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) in accordance with GDP.
2. Closely collaborate with Third-party Logistics (3PLs) to ensure that all orders and shipments are monitored, tracked, and delivered on time and resolved.
3. Onboard new customers according to established SOPs and WIs, ensuring accurate data is maintained in the company’s SAP master data.
4. Timely plan, execute, and properly document the annual customer revalidation, ensuring compliance with GDP requirements and country-specific documents/licenses.
5. Participate in weekly and monthly inter-departmental calls and external calls with 3PL.
6. Help identify standardization and optimization opportunities for distribution processes across Europe, focusing on lead time, quality, and customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
1. Associate degree and/or equivalent.
2. 3 to 5 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry in distribution or customer service.
3. English is a must; any other major European language is a plus.
4. SAP SD/MM experience.
5. Veeva knowledge is a plus.
6. GDP knowledge.
7. Ability to prioritize and focus on detail.
8. Proactive attitude with a sense of initiative.
9. Solution-oriented and customer-focused.
