You will be responsible for quality, deadlines and budget, while integrating the principles of new ways of working and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. You will also contribute to the evolution of technical solutions and computer-aided facility management (CAFM) tools to ensure the continuous improvement and dynamic management of infrastructures and services. Key responsibilities Supervising infrastructure and architectural projects (buildings, villa, sports centre) Designing innovative workspaces that promote well-being, performance and energy efficiency Coordinating architects, design offices, service providers and internal stakeholders Integrating technical solutions (mechanical, electrical and plumbing, IT, security) and optimising CAFM tools for proactive management Ensuring compliance with environmental standards and sustainability objectives
