About the Role
1. As a Sales Associate at Claire's, you will be responsible for:
2. Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales
3. Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
4. Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
5. Demonstrating Claire's products
6. Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
7. Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
8. Ear piercing (you will receive full training)
9. Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers

About You
15. Some high school required
16. Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
17. Basic computer skills
18. Understands the importance of Customer Service
19. Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
20. Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
21. Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
22. Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers
23. Ability to operate POS system
