What You’ll Do:
1. Monitor & Reconcile: Keep a close eye on customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection of receivables.
2. Resolve Discrepancies: Thoroughly analyze account discrepancies, and resolve them efficiently.
3. Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to address payment issues and gather necessary documents.
4. Generate Reports: Create and reconcile detailed accounts receivable reports with precision.
5. Review & Solve: Investigate and resolve accounts receivable issues, maintaining accurate financial documentation for internal control systems.
6. Collaborate: Work with finance and other departments on new projects and initiatives related to accounts receivable.
7. Recommend Improvements: Prepare and present evaluations, proposals, and recommendations to enhance accounts receivable processes.
What We’re Looking For:
8. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, business economics, quantitative finance, or a Swiss federal certificate in finance and accounting.
9. Experience: At least 4 years in finance and/or accounts receivable.
10. Skills: High business and financial acumen.Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills.Excellent time management and organizational abilities.Detail-oriented with a knack for identifying data patterns and multitasking.Proficient in Excel formulas and functions.Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic international environment.
11. Languages: Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
12. Interpersonal Skills: A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
