Responsibilities
* Independent management of payroll accounting including withholding tax & social security
* Preparation of salary statements, accident reports, and BVG calculations
* Communication with social security offices, insurers, and tax authorities
* Support during annual financial statements and general fiduciary tasks
* Assisting in client consulting related to personnel administration
Qualifications
* Commercial training with experience in payroll accounting
* Knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system
* Independent, precise, reliable
* Advantageous: experience with Swissdec software (e.g., Abacus, KLARA)
