Your Responsibilities
* Drive Growth: Acquisition of new customers and proactive management of existing major accounts.
* Portfolio Mastery: Expertly present our comprehensive solution and service portfolio to C-level stakeholders.
* Solution Design: Lead the creation and negotiation of complex, customer-specific security solutions.
* Collaborative Sales: Prepare and coordinate sales activities in close alignment with our technical and pre-sales teams.
* Strategic Partnerships: Establish and further develop long-term strategic partnerships.
* Market Presence: Represent the brand at trade fairs, symposiums, and exclusive customer events.
What we expect from you
* Proven Track Record: Extensive experience managing large multinational accounts and a history of winning complex managed services deals.
* Hunter Personality: A self-starter capable of quickly generating a robust pipeline within your territory or leveraging an existing high-level network.
* Negotiation Power: You are a strong negotiator who thrives in high-pressure commercial environments.
* Inspirational Leadership: The ability to inspire yourself, your team, and your clients with a clear vision.
* Networking Pro: You genuinely enjoy building relationships and are an excellent team player who knows how to navigate large organizations.
* Linguistic Skills: Proficient in English, with a strong preference for candidates also proficient in German.
