Overview
Role open across EMEA.You play a pivotal role in the execution of EMEA Next Chapter transformation working across all OUs. You are responsible for applying E2E thinking and new ways of working to deliver a streamlined and efficient organization. You will be developing a project plan for key initiatives to land Next Chapter across 2025-2027. Your role is to ensure all OUs land the new ways of working consistently in line with One PepsiCo, relying on globally standardized and simplified processes, better leverage of GCC and embedding global to local model. You will work very closely with EMEA function leads and OU teams to develop the roadmaps. You will excel in cross-functional connectivity, internal networking and be highly agile. This is an 18-month critical experience assignment until end 2026 with a route back in the business at the end of the assignment.
Responsibilities
* Develop transformation roadmap for Next Chapter operating model from 2025-2027 across all EMEA OUs and Region HQ
* Work very closely with Global function and GCC teams as well as OU teams to better leverage GCC and determine enablers to land new ways of working across the function in EMEA
* Ensure a consistent One PepsiCo approach for landing the new Operating Model in the function in line with Next Chapter functional design principles (global to local, harmonization, leaner more agile ways of working)
* Support EMEA function leads in mitigating issues and proposing solutions to ensure North Star functional business case stays on track
* Work with region and OU PMO/ Change/ Functions to contribute to the tracking of the monthly progress
Qualifications
* >5 years of experience, a good E2E understanding of key activities, roles and responsibilities for function in scope
* Proven track record of demonstrating connectivity across the organization
* High change agility
* Strong drive for results and tangible output, ability to simplify and problem-solve
* Experienced in handling several responsibilities in parallel, resilience
* Ability to think E2E, connect the dots and deliver to a vision to target
* Clear communication skills (both written/oral) tailored to different levels of seniority
