Our Basel Veterinary Clinic in Münchenstein is an emergency and referral clinic in northwestern Switzerland with state‑of‑the‑art diagnostics and a comprehensive range of medical services. We see and treat difficult and exciting cases every day. Modern diagnostic equipment includes CT, endoscopy (including laparoscopy, arthroscopy and bronchoscopy), several ultrasound machines as well as a modern laboratory and, for emergencies, an ambulance. The clinic is staffed by passionate specialists (Diplomates) of various specialties and the surgical department is exceptionally well developed. The education and training of our staff is important to us and is encouraged.
For our 24-hourveterinary clinic in Münchenstein, we are looking for reinforcement for our highly motivated vet nurse teams in emergency, internal medicine and neurology.
Your tasks
Would you like to specialize in one of the departments Emergency, Internal Medicine or Neurology? You will use your knowledge, experience and personality in an interesting and varied work environment. You will provide valuable and irreplaceable support to our veterinarians in consultation hours and in pre‑, intra‑ and post‑operative assistance. You enjoy working in a young motivated team, which supports each other. At the reception and on the phone you provide the first impression and a warm atmosphere. The loving care of our patients is a matter of course for you, as you are passionate about your profession. As a contact person, you provide competent information to animal lovers.
Your profile
* Completed training as a vet nurse or vet technicican
* Work experience desirable, not mandatory
* Knowledge of German is an advantage
* Self‑confident, friendly and customer‑oriented manner
* Hands‑on personality, who is able to think and keep an overview even in hectic situations
