As part of the development of our activities in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Project Manager in land prospecting, based in our branch for an immediate start or as agreed. As a key player in the development of our real estate projects in French-speaking Switzerland (excluding the canton of Geneva), you will detect new land opportunities until their realization with us. Your responsibilities will include:- Identifying land that can be developed.- Studying the feasibility of real estate developments.- Contacting landowners, establishing a relationship of trust, and negotiating land control.- Monitoring the real estate and land market.- Maintaining and expanding a network of contacts.- Working closely with our experts to bring your input.You are a versatile professional, both investigator, analyst, and developer, with a solid real estate and territorial culture, and excellent interpersonal skills. - A degree in real estate or equivalent is preferred.- Confirmed experience in the real estate sector in Switzerland (minimum 5 years).- Mastery of Swiss legal and regulatory aspects related to property ownership, urban planning law, and drafting.- Solid understanding of feasibility studies, financial plans, and financial structuring.- Strong analytical capacity regarding the potential of land.- High persuasive abilities.- Knowledge of local market players and the ability to develop a professional network.Engaged, you share our values: simplicity, teamwork, trust, and spirit.
