Travel Organiser at 100%
Your missions and responsibilities
Develop and retain a client portfolio
Prospect and acquire new clients
Advise and sell tailor-made trips as well as our catalogue offers
Manage bookings and ensure complete follow-up of files
Participate in the creation of new offers and product development
Monitor trends in the tourism market
Collaborate on commercial and marketing actions
Carry out administrative tasks related to sales and client follow-up
Your profile
Training or experience in tourism, hospitality, sales or administration
Excellent geographical and tourist knowledge of Switzerland and neighbouring countries
Experience in the travel sector: an asset
Excellent commercial skills and customer service sense
Organisation, autonomy and rigour
Very good writing skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Fluent French (spoken and written)
