Overview of the Role
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform delivers AI‑driven digital customer engagement solutions that unify data, enable segmentation, and activate personalized experiences across email, mobile, and web channels. As a Solution Consultant, you will partner with operational marketing, IT, and C‑level executives to design and demonstrate solutions that solve real business challenges and deliver measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
 * Partner with sales teams, partners, and product specialists to design and execute sales campaigns.
 * Lead client discovery and workshop sessions that clearly articulate how the proposed solution addresses customer challenges and supports KPI achievement.
 * Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to executive and technical audiences, including at Salesforce events such as World Tour.
 * Remain current on the latest innovations in customer experience management solutions.
 * Amplify success stories and learning moments internally to maximize the impact of every engagement.
Required Experience & Qualifications
 * Native proficiency in English and German or French.
 * 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, pre‑sales, or solutions consulting with a focus on digital marketing, marketing automation, customer data platforms, and AI.
 * Self‑starter with strong prioritization and time‑management skills.
 * Ability to collaborate across multiple dynamic teams or independently on projects as required.
 * Passionate about storytelling and engaging customers through impactful presentations and demos.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
 * Experience with ML/AI projects.
 * Technical knowledge of customer data platforms, CRM, loyalty management, analytics, or real‑time personalization.
 * Experience in product management or post‑sales software implementations.
