Description of the role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Event Project Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the event management team, assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of projects. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event operations, logistics, and project management, contributing to the success of client events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, incentives, conferences and special projects
* Participate in hotel offer negotiation, inlcuding by call, email and during in person meetings
* Coordinate logistics, including vendor communication, travel arrangements, and on-site support
* Support the team in managing timelines, budgets, and event resources
* Help prepare presentations, event documentation, and post-event reports
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's in Hospitality, Event Management, Tourism or similar fields
* Vivid interest in event management & project coordination
* A proactive and positive attitude, eager to learn and take initiative
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Language skills: fluent English - mandatory; fluent German considered an advantage.
