Business Analyst / Data Strategist at FCS- INDIA (Subsidiary of FORFIRM ITALIA SRL)
At FORFIRM, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Windows System Administrator to join our lively international team and work on projects for Europe's leading brands!
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain Citrix infrastructure components (Virtual Apps & Desktops, Delivery Controller, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway).
* Handle incident resolution and troubleshooting for VDI environments and published applications.
* Continuously monitor performance, perform capacity planning, and optimize the environment.
* Manage access policies, authentication, and security configurations (Citrix Policies, MFA, NetScaler).
* Regularly update Citrix components and associated VMs.
* Collaborate with infrastructure teams (AD, Networking, Security, Azure) for cross-functional tasks.
* Create technical documentation, implement best practices, and ensure structured handovers to operational teams.
Technical Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience with complex Citrix environments (1912 LTSR or later).
* Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
* Citrix StoreFront, Delivery Controller, Machine Creation Services.
* Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022).
* Active Directory and Group Policy.
* Proficiency with monitoring tools and PowerShell scripting.

* Clear communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
* Proactive approach to suggesting and implementing infrastructure enhancements.
