About the role

What you'll do
1. Set up and maintain structured products across all asset classes in the risk-management system (Sophis).
2. Set up and book associated hedging products.
3. Perform P&L sensitivity checks on new bookings/trades.
4. Liaise with Trading, Quants, and Risk teams to replicate new or complex pay-offs.
5. Provide support in Active Managed Certificates (AMC).
6. Manage the lifecycle of Leonteq-issued products (autocall scenarios, coupon payments, stop-loss events, etc.).
7. Serve as a key control point and support to Trading.
8. Troubleshoot issues from Trading, Treasury, Sales, Risk, and Reconciliation teams.
What you'll need
* Master's degree in Finance or Economics.
* 1-3 years of work experience (entry level).
* Good knowledge of derivatives.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Previous experience in Operations.
* Excel/VBA knowledge.
